declares:

1. 1. to be aware of the foreseeable and typical risks inherent in the practice of mountain biking and to have received, read, understood, and fully accepted the Bike Park Regulations;

2. 2. to have chosen to use/allow the use (in the case of a minor) of the facility on their own initiative and under their own responsibility after having inspected it and assessed the risks in relation to the means, abilities, and experience of the participant;

3. 3. to have understood and accepted that, despite the efforts of the operator to guarantee participants the maximum possible safety, there are risks that cannot be eliminated and that are in fact an integral part of the activity to be carried out;

4. 4. to accept and knowingly assume said risks and to possess the necessary physical and mental fitness to use the facilities; that, in the case of participation by a minor, the minor possesses the necessary physical and mental fitness to use the facility;

5. 5. to be of sound and robust constitution and not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, special medication, or illnesses or therapies or other health conditions that could in any way compromise their own safety or the safety of others; that, in the case of participation by a minor, the minor is of sound and robust constitution and is not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, special medication, or illnesses or therapies or other health conditions that could in any way compromise their own safety or the safety of others;

6. 6. to have carried out the necessary prior checks on the proper functioning of the bicycle or other equipment used;

7. 7. to wish to observe all the provisions and recommendations described in the aforementioned Regulations, as well as the specific rules of mountain biking practice and the general and specific regulations applicable by law and/or imposed by the competent authorities;

8. 8. to assume full responsibility for any direct and/or indirect damage caused during the activity to third parties, property, and the facilities themselves;

9. 9. to release the operators, its members, directors, employees, collaborators, and suppliers from any direct and/or indirect liability for any damage, including that caused by third parties, to my person and/or property, and/or persons under my custody, arising from the use of the facility.
