Comfortable and bright four-room apartment on the raised ground floor (accessible via 5 steps), located in a strategic area of the city, well connected to the center and main tourist attractions. The kitchen is fully equipped with accessories, dishes, tableware, and appliances: microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and kettle. The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms with single beds. The apartment is non-smoking and is equipped with a TV, private parking, complimentary toiletries, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and air conditioning. The entire house remains completely at your disposal, and every detail has been designed to welcome you into a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the city.

We kindly inform our Guests that the correct street number is 21. When setting up your GPS navigation, it might offer street number 1 as the only option. In that case, we invite you to continue for another 300 meters until you reach number 21.

Parties are not allowed and lighting BBQs is not permitted.

Apartments P3, P4, P5, P6, and P7 are located at Via del Pimpinnacolo number 21, while apartments M1, M2, and M3 are located at number 1. The agritourism consists of two separate structures.
