The apartment is part of the complex known as “Pimpinnacolo,” which forms the main portion of the historic Fattoria Borghese buildings. This complex houses most of our apartments, panoramic gardens, a storage room for bicycles and e-bikes, and multifunctional common rooms.

The property is nestled at the edge of the woods and its trails, situated between two of our olive groves. These groves produce our organic extra virgin olive oil (EVO), which is a source of great pride for us, both in terms of quality and commercial success.
