Comfortable and bright apartment on the raised ground floor (accessible via 5 steps), located in Monte Argentario (GR) at Via del Pimpinnacolo 21.

The kitchen is fully equipped with accessories, dishes, tableware, and appliances, including a dishwasher and an electric oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom equipped with a ceiling fan, while air conditioning is available in the living room.

The house is non-smoking and is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer. The structure remains completely at your disposal, and every detail has been designed to welcome you into a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or passing through to visit the area.

Parties are not allowed and lighting BBQs is not permitted.

Pet Policy

The agriturismo warmly welcomes guests with pets under the following conditions:

1- Pets are not allowed on armchairs, beds, sofas, or any other furniture surfaces where pet hair may remain.

2- Pets must be well-socialized and must not cause disturbances or pose any danger to other guests, either in the common areas of the property or in the private areas assigned to each guest during their stay.
