The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 1 bunk bed. The apartment is non-smoking and equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, courtesy line, private parking, television, and WiFi. The house is entirely at your disposal, and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or visiting the city.

The apartments P3, P4, P5, P6, and P7 are located in Via del Pimpinnacolo at number 21, while apartments M1, M2, and M3 are located at number 1. The agriturismo is made up of two separate buildings.
